Travel Conditions

Please read our travel conditions carefully before booking a tour with Tuk Tours.

✅ Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • You will receive a confirmation by email or phone

  • Full details of pickup time and location will be provided after booking

💳 Payment

  • Payment can be made in cash (Thai Baht) on the day of the tour

  • Credit card is acepted.

  • A deposit may be required for some bookings during high season

🚐 Pickup & Drop-off

  • We offer free pickup and drop-off within Hua Hin area.

  • Pickup times may vary depending on location and traffic.

🔄 Cancellations & Changes

  • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before the tour

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before, a 50% fee may apply

  • No-shows on the day are non-refundable

🛡️ Safety & Insurance

  • All tours include travel insurance

  • We follow strict safety guidelines, and equipment is provided where needed
